The main Inkpots Mentoring Programme is young-person focussed, evidence based and very practical. It can help take a young person from feeling stressed and worried to calm and thinking clearly.

Together, we work through the five stages of the programme at a young person’s pace, focussing on their strengths and interests, and developing a toolkit of resources and support which can grow and develop with them.

We can never underestimate the pressures some young people feel as they are growing up. Helping them untangle some of those worries and identify their strengths can help lift that weight.

The sessions give me hope on a dark day.

My approach is calm and gentle and sessions provide a safe space where young people can relax and be themselves.

The programme is delivered online at a time and day to suit a family as much as possible. Sessions are followed up by email notes to parents/carers. The programme is delivered over a six-week period and the cost is £450.

We have been so grateful to you – your work with our daughter has been a really great outlet for her and I am sure is helping her process her response to all that has gone on recently.
