With 25 years of mentoring practice, I work with organisations, local authorities, schools and training bodies. I am available for conference speaking, webinars, workshops and consultancy projects.
- Speaking and facilitation Keynotes and panel sessions on effective mentoring approaches, youth development and organisational cultural change. (Topics include building sustainable mentoring cultures, listening and boundaries and supporting young people through transition.)
- Organisational consultation Working with teams and leadership on mentoring approach development, staff training and creating cultures where young people thrive.
- Training and workshops Half day and full day training for practitioners, staff teams and leaders on mentoring philosophy, approach and practical skills.
